History
Previously known as Target, the company was established in 1993 by two English language instructors, a Pole of British origin and a Briton. Both were conscious of the need for professionalism and quality language tuition that multinational companies expected. They built a service based on client needs and adapted these needs to satisfy the demands of both small and large companies.
Target began its operations by providing English language tuition to multinational companies within Warsaw. It later expanded its operations to locations throughout Poland. After 15 years of development, Target & Shane now employees a staff of over 80 qualified teachers; half of which are native speaking.
Our teachers are supported by our customer service representatives who coordinate and direct all programmes in cities across the country from our offices in Warsaw.
We aim to grow with our clients, providing teachers wherever they may be needed. We continually maintain contact with our teachers to provide help and support and regularly communicate with our clients to ensure a well managed training programme.
Our development in Poland is linked with our partnership with Saxoncourt Holdings Ltd., a global English language provider renown in Great Britain and the Far East.
