Monitoring progress

Target & Shane guarantees the services of a customer service specialist, who oversees the completion of the project according to client needs and when necessary, adapts the programme accordingly.

We feel that it is important that our clients are given the ability to assess the effectiveness of their investment on a regular basis. Therefore, the following services are included in every programme:

  1. Short monthly tests.
  2. Monthly Attendance Records
  3. Periodic progress tests and reports after every 30 hours of teaching and include:
    • progress test results
    • attendance percentage
    • average monthly test results
    • assessment of overall progress made within the 30 hour period.
    • teacher's personal evaluation of the student's language competence with reference to: speaking, listening, reading, writing, in addition to general feedback with recommendations for future study.
